CutEngine respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

Account: Email, name (optional), hashed password, billing info (processed by Toss/PayPal; we never store card numbers).

Usage: API call logs (endpoint, timestamp, status), IP address, user agent, render metadata (resolution, duration — not content).

Content: Assets you upload for rendering (images, audio, video, templates).

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide the Service, billing, usage metering, service improvement (aggregated only), security, and customer support.

4. How We Handle Your Content

We do not access, view, or analyze your rendered content. Content is processed solely to fulfill rendering requests. Output is stored for 24 hours, then deleted. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with: Toss Payments (billing), PayPal (billing), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Supabase (authentication).

6. Data Retention

Account info: until deletion + 30 days. Rendered content: 24 hours. API logs: 90 days. Billing records: 5 years (legal requirement).

7. Your Rights

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact: privacy@cutengine.dev

8. Security

All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. API keys hashed before storage. Data breach notification within 72 hours.

9. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: session (authentication) and preferences (UI settings). No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

10. International Users

Data processed in Republic of Korea and United States. EU: legitimate interest basis. California: CCPA compliant, no data sales.

11. Children

Not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

Material changes notified 30 days in advance via email.
