Free Tier
No payment involved. No refund applicable.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. You retain access until then. No prorated refunds for partial months.
7-Day Full Refund
Not satisfied? Request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to your first subscription payment only. Email billing@cutengine.dev with your account email and reason.
Overage Charges
Overage charges for completed renders are non-refundable. If you believe charges were incurred in error, contact us and we will investigate.
Service Outage Credits
If downtime exceeds SLA guarantees (99% Pro, 99.5% Business), you are eligible for service credits. Credits are 10x the prorated downtime cost, applied to your next billing cycle.
